This note is long overdue to let you know how much Steve and I appreciate all that
you did to sell our home in Charlotte and make our move to Costa Rica a dream
come true.  You, in fact, are the Realtor dream come true! 

Do you remember when you called to set up that first appointment and I was so burned
out from interviewing agents that I tried to pass?  But you simply asked me for fifteen minutes
of my time, face to face, to show me why you were different from the others.  Truly, you wowed me
that night and kept on wowing me throughout the process until the day the sale was completed.

There are so many things that put you miles above the rest...  where others were finding potential
negatives, you were seeing potential and positives; your constant commitment to promoting the
property; your timely and good advice on numerous things, from re-staging the house to being at
the right price point; your unwavering enthusiasm; your hands on help that Saturday morning when
the carport needed to be cleaned out; your willingness to be available whenever I had questions or
